Educational service

MediByte is intended for adult medical learners. Content, synthetic ECG traces, practice cases and calculations are educational. They are not patient-specific advice, diagnostic services, medical-device outputs or a substitute for current clinical guidance and qualified professional judgment. No exam result or clinical competence is guaranteed. Available recorded collections may be partial. Unavailable lessons and missing recordings are identified in the app.

Free access and Plus

Free access includes the daily allowances shown in the app. Optional rewarded ads can add the stated daily allowance only after the ad provider confirms completion. Rewards are study access, not money or transferable assets. Plus removes daily limits on available lessons and questions, suppresses MediByte ads and opens the Plus study tools described in the app. Plus does not make unrecorded or unavailable content playable.

Where the monthly plan is available, Google Play displays the actual localized price before purchase. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Purchases, payment authorization and refunds are handled under Google Play's applicable terms and policies. Manage or cancel renewal through Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access until the paid period ends, subject to refunds, revocation or other store status. Failed or pending payments do not establish paid entitlement. Restore purchases using the Google Play account that made the purchase.

There is no charge unless you complete Google Play checkout. MediByte does not request payment-card details inside the app. Signing out, deleting the MediByte account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store renewal. Apple and Google Play purchases are platform-specific; cross-platform entitlement is not promised.

Your account and records

Protect your account and do not share sign-in credentials. Guest accounts may become inaccessible after sign-out unless linked to email. Android study records currently remain on the device unless a feature explicitly states otherwise; sign-in does not promise complete cloud synchronization or backup. Do not submit patient identities, confidential clinical records or unlawful material. Use system sharing only with content you are entitled to share.

Content and permitted use

Use the app for your own lawful learning. Do not circumvent access controls, abuse the service, redistribute proprietary course materials without permission or remove attribution. Third-party materials retain their source and license notices; those licenses govern their permitted use. Features, availability and catalogues may change, with notices and consumer remedies where required.

Privacy, deletion and support

Read the Android Privacy Policy for account, advertising and data handling. Request account and associated cloud-data deletion in the app or through the account deletion page. A submitted request is not a completed deletion. Local-device clearing and store subscription cancellation are separate actions.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact admin@solvarcompany.com about access, purchases or service issues. Applicable statutory remedies and refund rights remain available.
